PROCESS FOR COMPLETING PART A SUBMISSION. 1 - SINCE INITIALIZE SCHEDULING HAS BEEN DONE IN ALL THE SCHOOLS AND NEW COURSES HAVE BEEN INPUTTED INTO MAPLEWOOD FOR NEXT YEAR (AS WELL, EXPIRED COURSES HAVE BEEN REMOVED). 2 - SCHOOLS SHOULD NOW START PREPARING THEIR PART A SUBMISSION BY WORKING IN THEIR CLASSES FILE. ADDING CLASSES THEY WILL BE OFFERING NEXT YEAR, REMOVING CLASSES THEY WILL NOT OFFER (OR CLASSES THAT EXPIRE AT THE END OF THIS YEAR). 3 - ONCE SCHOOLS HAVE COMPLETED THE PROCESS OF FIXING/SCHEDULING CLASSES, REGIONAL SOS's ARE ABLE TO PRODUCE THE COURSE OFFERINGS FOR THEIR SCHOOLS. 4 - ONCE THE SOS's AND SCHOOLS HAVE AGREED ON THE COURSE OFFERINGS, SCHOOLS CAN COMPLETE THE PART A SIGN OFF SHEET AND SEND IT TO THE SOS.
